This isn’t a proper post. This is really just a “look at this fish!” post.

I had it as part of a set lunch at Zen restaurant in the Central Festival shopping centre. It was crispily delicious.

They do lots of other things too, including sushi. H had the below while I was devouring my fish, though we did share the tempura prawn sushi on the left of the pic.
