This is just a brief big-up for the Yangneom Chicken with Garlic and Pepper sauce at Korean restaurant Surakhan (52 Park Road, Clifton, Bristol)

The coating was unbelievably sweet and crunchy, almost like a savoury caramel glaze. The fiery sauce added a wonderful kick, making these little chicken wings a real revelation.

We also had some Sizzling Stone Pot Bibimbap, but the chicken was the winner. The above portion was £9.99 for 3 to share.
